THE ORCHARD PARK STORY
Honoring Our Past While Creating a Shared Space for a Bright Future.
Meridian's humble beginnings are rooted in agriculture. Plentiful fields, access to fresh water and a newly constructed railway made Meridian an ideal location for apple, plumb and dairy farmers to set down roots and help feed a growing country.
The owners of Orchard Park are multigenerational farmers who had a vision to honor the past while creating a special place for a new era of families and individuals to have a neighborhood center, including a library and civic plaza, where community could be built.
From carefully curated food experiences, cultural gatherings, to fashionable and stylish offerings, Orchard Park has been designed and curated to be a destination, to connect people where they can share ideas, and share food.
DESIGN WILL FIX IT
A different approach: intentional design focused on civic spaces, walkability, and gathering areas to help build community.
Your time (and who you spend it with) is our most precious resource. We've designed a neighborhood center with the offerings and amenities frequently sought out whether for necessity, entertainment, or rejuvenation.
From carefully curated food experiences, cultural gatherings, to fashionable and stylish offerings, Orchard Park has been designed and curated to be a destination, to connect people, share ideas, share food and create memories.
To realize this vision, we put together a world-class team of designers, architects and engineers. We hope you enjoy it.
Our Journey So Far
THE FIRST SITE PLAN IS CREATED
Orchard Park starts its life as Linder Village, a traditional shopping center including several household brands chain stores and chain restaurants planned.
Many attempts are made to include a hospital, a Costco, and more within the 80 acre project. Ultimately many larger single-tenant uses are eliminated and a general site plan for future businesses is agreed to.
VISION & DESIGN
Visions can't be realized without experienced and cohesive teams. The Orchard Park team is a collision of proven design, architecture, and real estate finance minds - working tirelessly to design and build next-generation neighborhood center.
